This is me at Newburgh Priory North Yorkshire, just a few minutes before i started the 5k Rat Race run, lovely settings, great weather a glorious day for it...

Well I really enjoyed my first Rat Race adventure, through mud over hay bails it was great, I must improve my upper body strength if I am to do more of these.
