Garmin Connect - Details

As I sell these great watches, I thought I better try one out, and the Garmin Forerunner 110 is brilliant, so easy to setup, comes with heart rate monitor, it calculates distance, (miles or Kms) miles per hour and time, then using a USB connector, connect to the PC go to Garmin Connect website, and there you can save all your runs and you can see all the data downloaded, brilliant.

Rat Race Yorkshire Terrior 10th March 2012

This is me at Newburgh Priory North Yorkshire, just a few minutes before i started the 5k Rat Race run, lovely settings, great weather a glorious day for it...

Well I really enjoyed my first Rat Race adventure, through mud over hay bails it was great, I must improve my upper body strength if I am to do more of these.

Sunday Morning Run

Sunday morning run across the clean fresh snow on the Pennine Trial, lovely... thats it, back into training now, had a great 4 mile run, injury on arch of my foot not too bad now, back to the running club every week and to get into shape for the Notorious rat race adventure - Yorkshire Terrier. :)

Great North Run - Sunday 18th September 2011

Wow what a feeling to run such an amazing race to have such a great atmosphere it was brilliant. Apart from pulling a calf muscle which i am suffering with now i thoroughly enjoyed it, hope all you runners enjoyed it too.  Why not go and treat yourself to some new running clothing or even a running watch from my website www.letsrunuk.com, you know you deserve it.
